Front and rear crumple zones were designed to accordion at a controlled rate cancelling collision energy before it reached the passenger compartment. Again…these can turn into money pits and very expensive junk if you try to skimp on the maintenance! They went to that big old scrap heap in the sky because people stopped buying them…pity too. I said that to say this: The traditional Cadillac will outlast its owner if one takes care of it. The interior of this Cadillac is nice in that the feel of the material is comfortable. Active suspension is expensive to replace, but passive kits are easy to get. No rust, no dents — practically showroom. My vehicle is a Cadillac Deville and is a 2008.

People burn cheap regular grade gasoline and wonder why they have so many problems.
I love the leather seats and Bose Sound system. It has bronze piston pin bushings and free-floating piston pins. Look inside at the individual terminals. Did you ever get a deal! It most likely has damage from overheating. It gets about 20 miles to the gallon which does not make it so great on fuel efficiency. Maybe it was replaced before the new design came out? I dont think I gave them time to relearn the positions before I turned the heat on.
If so, the connector needs to be replaced. The controller is on the motor case. The 1993-1996 Fleetwoods went to luxurious new lengths to provide qualities one desired most in luxury automobiles. It did have a problem overheating, but it was just a small hose under the guard near the front passenger side that needed replaced. Most important of all is that the motor seems to last forever.
This is easily the nicest car that I have ever owned or driven. Unfortunately, the 1994 Full size Fleetwood has the discs in front and drums in the rear. This contrasts starkly with competitors practices of evolving engineering over multiple, continuously improving designs.
