Undo both bolts holding the wiring on than remount the wiring to the new starter. The check valve is leaking and the pump will burn out soon. I would not recommend buying a remanufactured unit. It includes a bendix, which is a spinning shaft that only extends when starting to mesh the starter gear with the flexplate or flywheel. You may have a bad alternator.
