Family trips and taking students places. Safety features on all models include six airbags, anti-lock brakes, and stability and traction controls. Most other major options are bundled into packages and include a navigation system, power moonroof and 10-speaker Bose premium audio system. I have loved having this vehicle to drive around town and to bring my daughter to school and get my family around much more comfortable than in my car. Seats are heated but not air cooled! That potency inspires confidence when entering freeways or getting around slower traffic. Here the standard blind-spot monitoring system on Touring and Grand Touring models helps greatly.
The main dislike I have is that the gas mileage is not very good. I wish the third row had easier access and the seats weren't so high up throughout the vehicle. At the rear are bold red taillights and shiny twin exhaust outlets. It is difficult to access the third row of seats. The most surprising aspect about the big Mazda's driving manners is its ability to corner like a smaller vehicle. I love the button on the door to lock and unlock, and I love the option to have the trunk door automatically.
Top-line Grand Touring models have a 3-position-memory driver's seat, automatic bi-xenon headlights, power tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming rearview mirror and 20-inch wheels. . Family trips and taking students places. I absolutely love everything about it. I have loved having this vehicle to drive around town and to bring my daughter to school and get my family around much more comfortable than in my car. The ability to have kids in the second row and the third folded down full of stuff is great too, or just have one seat down I can fit extra family and still our stuff, great storage capacity! It has the third-row option or a bigger trunk, which is fantastic.
This all makes for better overall passenger comfort and great cargo flexibility. Just the right size, comfortable, all safety equipment. All models can seat up to seven passengers, with generous legroom offered in the first and second rows, and modest room found in the two seats in the third row. I wish the rear hatch raised a bit higher. The leather seats with the heat capability are great too. Controls are a snap to locate and use, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road rather than hunt for the seat warmer.

Base Sport models come nicely equipped with tri-zone automatic climate control, a 5. All-wheel drive is available and is a smart option if you regularly drive in inclement weather, especially snow. Even the Mazda's swoopy styling conveys motion and stands in contrast to blockier or bloated designs. Air conditioning controls could have been in a little more user friendly location. There's nothing I would do different.
I loved the gas mileage of the car, but to have such a spacious vehicle, has been so awesome. I love the button on the door to lock and unlock, and I love the option to have the trunk door automatically open and close by itself. . . .
